I started my career as a project manager at an architectural firm. That experience shaped how I approach projects today—with clear communication, attention to detail, and an understanding of the team behind the plans.

I went on to start Alan Solorzano Consulting and build relationships with architects, engineers, and homeowners. Today, I help clients across California with Title 24 reports for residential, ADU, multifamily, and commercial projects.

My goal is simple: make the process easier to understand and give you personal, dependable support along the way.
